At least 19 Palestinians were killed overnight as Israeli forces carried out a series of airstrikes across Gaza City, according to medical sources cited by Al Jazeera. The deadliest strike targeted Al-Farabi School, which had been converted into a shelter for displaced families. The bombing left eight people dead, including women and children, sparking renewed outrage over Israel’s continued assault on civilian infrastructure. In another attack, nine Palestinians lost their lives, among them four children, when Israeli forces bombed a house and a tent in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood. Witnesses described scenes of chaos as families scrambled to pull survivors from the rubble. The violence did not stop there. In the Remal neighborhood, two more children were killed after Israeli strikes hit a tent sheltering displaced residents. Humanitarian groups have condemned the attacks, saying schools, shelters, and tents should be safe spaces for civilians fleeing the war. With the death toll mounting daily, Gaza’s already devastated communities continue to face what many describe as a humanitarian catastrophe with no safe place left for families and children.
